    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes when S&amp;amp;P Index fails all of our pages based out of S&amp;amp;P are down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to configure S&amp;amp;P in such a way that if index crawling is failed then S&amp;amp;P uses the most recent successful Index?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help on this will be very helpful and thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks and Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nitin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Search and Promote can be configured (By a Technical Support Agent) for your account, so that if the index fails, the most recent index that completed is the index that is used.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is usually an adjustment to your account regarding the minimum number pages that are getting indexed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To get this updated/looked into, you will need to open a ticket with Technical Support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
