Search and Promote Index Failure

Hi All,

Sometimes when S&P Index fails all of our pages based out of S&P are down.

Is there any way to configure S&P in such a way that if index crawling is failed then S&P uses the most recent successful Index?

Any help on this will be very helpful and thank you in advance.

Search and Promote can be configured (By a Technical Support Agent) for your account, so that if the index fails, the most recent index that completed is the index that is used.

This is usually an adjustment to your account regarding the minimum number pages that are getting indexed.

To get this updated/looked into, you will need to open a ticket with Technical Support.
