My experience targeting experiment has 5 variations with 5 different segments. Should the order in which that I create those variations for segments matter?

Because my audiences are not mutually exclusive, thougths?

Hi <LI-USER uid="13922938"></LI-USER> In XT activity, experience evaluation happens in Top-Bottom order.

For e.x. if the segments used in Exp A and Exp B are not mutually exclusive then target checks if you qualify for the segment A, if yes then it will render the experience A defined for segment A. If user doesn't qualify for segment A then target takes to next segment defined in XT activity .

Segment A - United States - Experience A

Segment B - California - Experience B

Now if you access the website from California , you qualify for Segment A also and hence would get Experience A .

In order to make this work , use this order:

Segment A - California - Experience A

Segment B - United States - Experience B

Now if you access the website from California , you qualify for Segment A also and hence would get Experience A .

if you access the website from LA , you do not qualify for Segment A also and hence would get Experience B .

Hope that helps you.
