Hey Chetan,

First I just want to clarify that what Social is doing is looking for mentions (or occurrences/instances) of each term the customer is tracking in any [tracked] blog post. It’s scanning for these terms, not looking for mentions of a blog itself. However, you could set one of the tracked terms as the name of your blog to see where it has been mentioned elsewhere if that's your intention.

For example if I track the keyword "adobe" using Blogs as the datasource then anytime the word "adobe" is mentioned on the millions of blogs that are being tracked by Boardreader this will be returned as a valid result. It looks for those keywords in the contents of the blog or forum. As long as Urbiana.co.uk is indexed by Boardreader it will also scan the subdomains as well. If you have a specific domain you want to make sure in indexed we can put in a request with Boardreader to check and if it is not, they can add it for us.

Hope that answers all your questions, but let me know if you have any more.

-Laurel
