Talk about re-inventing the wheel! What have Adobe done to the product wheel? 'If it aint broke don't fix it'

I go on holiday for three weeks and on my return am greeted by an array of Adobe icons and window dressing changes that actually negatively impact the user experience.

The new wheel is less visual - a reduction in colour and increased dependency on text descriptions and meaningless iconographic representations of the products makes for a greater cognitive load on the user and poorer user experience. Bring back the old product wheel.
