      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wehn adding users or groups, there is no good field into which to put any management info such as why I added, when I added etc.&amp;nbsp; I can gerryrig some fields to put this in but would love a freetext management field (with some length to it) which could be exported as part of a report.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
