Do you have the first and last touch channel/processing rules set up in Analytics? That is the way we track the cross channel behavior and it works very well.

Hi,

I'm trying to build a segment in Discover which will determine what visitors first arriving via social media, then return to our sites as a typed/bookmarked visitor.

My colleague built the segment below in relation to this question. We apply this segment to a Referrer Type report and then drop the Website Type dimension onto the Typed/Bookmarked and Social Networks headings in the report to get an individual site count. Are we on the right track?
