We've recently implemented analytics in SharePoint 2013 website as we moved from a fairly static environment.

I've noticed items like 'Site Contents', 'Site Settings' showing up in the stats and would like to know the best way to filter these out.

I don't see anything on the Report Suite to be able to remove/filter this traffic.

The URL is fairly identifiable as when a user accesses these areas, it's in the /_layouts/15/ area

I can fairly easily prevent the page tracking by modifying the javascript but wondering if there's a more efficient way or learnings for 'other' stuff to filter out, etc.?

Any other learnings around SharePoint implementations? Implementing Site channels, etc.?
