How to automate data import from GoToWebinar lead to Marketo ?

Hi all,

I have a question concerning GoToWebinar and Marketo.

Is it possible to Automate data import (concerning people who watch our webinar) to Marketo ?

I need to automate this import of data (mail, name, society etc...) But i found nothing who was clearly explaining how can I make that on Marketo.

I know that I can manually import these DATA on marketo, but is it possible to automate this processus ?

If you dont clearly understand my question, I can explain with other words. Sorry about my mistakes, I'm not native english. I hope you understood what I mean.

Hi Paul

There is an integration with Marketo and GoToWebinar where the data will flow between the two systems. You need to add this in Launchpoint in the Admin section.

Paul's link should put you on the right track. You still need to come up with a process to manually pull in polls and questions into Marketo if you want that information passed over to Sales. What we do is manually all their poll answers and questions into a single field in the spreadsheet, then upload that to a field called "Marketing Program Notes Import" that's Marketo-only. There is also a Marketo/CRM field called "Marketing Program Notes". You create a smart campaign that appends the info from your import field to your main field (with a date stamp) when the import field is updated. This is also a great practice for any notes field that could be updated multiple times, like a contact form open text field.

The cut off "new values" are

Choice 1: {{system.date}}: {{lead.Marketing Program Notes Import}}

Default: {{lead.Marketing Program Notes}} | {{system.date}}: {{lead.Marketing Program Notes Import}}
