Can't send test email from my account

I am trying to test email from my Marketo account but unable to send it. it shows the following message :
Marketo send test failed.

Send Test for 'Lançamento Soja.pt-br-Indigo Teaser Lançamento Soja' failed unexpectedly. Please try sending the test email again. If this problem persists, please contact Marketo Support.

Hello Patrick,

Are you using tokens in the emails? This error is familiar when using the improper format of tokens. Make sure that you have no gaps in the tokens you used in the email. Let me know if that worked?
