How many workspaces are needed?

Hi All,

Say, I have 6 business units to manage. 3 businesses are direct competitors. The marketing teams for these businesses should have access to their marketing activities and design studio only. The main marketing team manages the activities for the remaining 3 business units and shares marketing collaterals across all three. How many workspaces should I need in this case?
