Facebook Leads Gen not working

Hi there,

 

I'm facing some troubles using Facebook Leads Gen Launchpoint from Marketo, may you be able to help me?

 

  • Facebook Lead Gen not displaying all the forms, but only one
  • Facebook lead gen not uploading people in Marketo database even if the Launch point is correctly set up and set as "Active"

Hi Adrien, I wonder if Facebook Lead Gen Ads are similar to LinkedIn Lead Gen forms, where the form name won't appear in the Marketo trigger/filter dropdown until you have at least one response via that form. Can you tell from the Facebook side whether people have actually submitted the ad form?
