What do marketers actually need to learn to be ready for an agentic future?
Last week, Adobe hosted a two-day hands-on event where a group of Adobe Champions observed and learned from how AI agents work together to solve real marketing challenges, through orchestration, collaboration, and sometimes competition, across research, creative, content, campaigns, and customer experience.
The AI demonstrations were genuinely inspiring. But what was almost even more interesting was the conversation happening around it -- the questions that kept coming up about what marketers actually need to learn, why it matters for their organizations, and how we help people build real AI fluency, not just familiarity with the tools.
So I'm curious: what's helped you build real confidence with AI at work? Was it hands-on experimentation, peer learning, structured training, something else entirely?
Whether you're just starting to explore what AI means for your role or you're already figuring out how to bring your team along, I'd love to hear what's actually worked for you.
