I’m Susan (no, not Susan AI-Aziz… yet 😉). I’m based in NYC, a foodie at heart, a fantasy-book lover, and always in the middle of binge-watching a new show.

I’m part of the Marketing team here at Adobe, where I get to support marketers as they learn, experiment, and build confidence with AI (what it is, how it works, and how to use it responsibly in real workflows).

We’re so excited to have you here and to build this community together. This space is all about learning from each other, sharing what’s working (and what’s not), and making AI feel more approachable and practical.

I’d love to hear from you. Introduce yourself below! Tell us where you’re based, what you do, and one thing you love using AI for.

I’ll kick it off: I love using AI to create slides faster and with way more confidence.

Can’t wait to get to know you all!

Welcome, @LakshmiPravallika ! V7 to V8 migrations are no small task, great to have that hands-on perspective here. Have you found any spots yet where AI could realistically reduce migration friction, even a little?

@uditmathur Great to have you here, Udit! Marketo + GenAI is a powerful combo when done right.
Are clients mostly asking about efficiency gains right now, or are they already pushing toward more advanced AI-driven use cases?

Welcome! Campaign migrations + AJO/RTCDP is a busy (but exciting) mix.
As you work through V7 to V8, where do you think AI could add the most value, testing, content, or orchestration?

Welcome, @luhanakamal ! Love the emphasis on scalable, AI-enabled architectures, not just quick wins. Have you seen AI influence architectural decisions yet, or is it mostly being layered on top for now?

Hi @kautuk_sahni  - Agree with you right now mostly added as top layer, but we can do more then this. In the future - AI will drive system with giving personalized solutions, Predict Inventory based on location, self-optimizing pricing to customer , we don’t need to depend on event’s data.

Hey y’all! I’m Monique from Baltimore and I work in Marketing Operations overseeing our Workfront instance and looking at how the Creatives use technology as a whole with the goal to gain efficiency and reduce redundancy.
I love using AI to write more engaging announcements/posts/emails. Written communication is crucial to remote work success and writing an email that people actually read is everything!

A close second is to use AI for better troubleshooting. Too often I have a cell in Excel that’s not calculating how it should, or need help fixing my Workfront reporting text mode.

Hi @susanaziz!

I’m glad to be a part of the group. I am also looking for fun new topics to bring into our discussions as part of the AEM User Group community and chapters.

Being a Tech professional and also being a Creative, I’m always looking for ways to bridge that gap between the two. AI has certainly had an impact in both of those spaces, and I’m curious to see where it evolves.

Cheers from Chicago!

Hello fellow Community Members 👋🏻

I’m Michelle, based out of (close to) Seattle, WA, and I’m a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist for Okta. I’ve been working in Marketo solidly for 6 years but I first dived into it in 2015 (when it was still really purple), as I moved into the Email Marketing & Automation side of things (vs general Marketing management); nowadays, I focus on campaign production operations.

I’m using AI in very simple, basic ways right now:

  • Help with writing something concisely when I can’t do it myself
  • Summarizing information (this has been most recently useful as I referred a friend for a job as it helped me align their resume with the job posting)
  • Ideas generation for small pieces of content like subject lines or CTA text)

I’m a little more hesitant to use AI because it’s a bit intimidating. Because I’m not in pure Marketing Operations, I find it hard to wrap my head around ways to use it in a simple manner that doesn’t replace me/my work and doesn’t require an integration or admin access to various systems. So I’m definitely here to learn from folks and get inspired 😀

Looking forward to continuing to chat with you all 🙌🏻

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the invite and excited to be part of this community. I live in Austin, TX working for Discover/CapitalOne financial services. I have been with Adobe ecosystem for 14 years now with main focus on AEM. Outside of work I like to be outside of home also, more outdoor person :-).

Regarding AI, with the changing AI landscape and tech how does Adobe cope with the changes and bring it in the products?

Also with Experience modernization agent, is Adobe expecting the customers to move to lightweight EDS from regular heavy  AEM websites?

Excited to test the agents in Summit.
