Thinking, With AI | Ep. 3: AI isn't the hard part. Your org structure is.

Episode 3 of Thinking, With AI is live, and this one gets into something most AI conversations skip over entirely.
This episode features Melissa Brancato, Platform Architect at Merkle, unpacking why the biggest barrier to AI adoption isn't the technology. It's the organization itself. Melissa's take: successful adoption doesn't show up as a big visible transformation overnight. It shows up in small, targeted changes to how work actually gets done.

The episode covers a lot of ground, but two things stood out:
- Most org structures were built for siloed, sequential work. AI is built for something much more fluid. That gap is where adoption stalls.
- The teams getting it right aren't the ones with the best tools. They're the ones who have permission to experiment, share what isn't working, and iterate without it being a big deal.
Once you listen, we want to hear from you: does your org give people permission to experiment with AI, or does using it still feel like something that needs to be justified? And what's one small change, in a workflow, a team norm, or even just a conversation, that has shifted how your team thinks about AI?
