I recently published a Perspectives article that’s been on my mind a lot: agentic marketing and how AI agents are starting to reshape the everyday work of marketers - the idea that AI doesn’t just assist us anymore, but actually operates like a teammate inside our workflows.
Not just automation…but decisioning, orchestration, and real-time adaptation.
The shift I’m seeing is marketers moving from “doing the work” to designing systems that do the work - setting guardrails, strategy, and outcomes while AI handles execution at scale.
Honestly, that change feels both exciting and a little redefining for our roles.
