Is AI actually increasing Adobe Commerce delivery velocity?

Joined the Summit group just ahead of the sessions and curious to compare notes on something specific:

How much is AI actually changing engineering velocity in Adobe Commerce teams right now?

Really in day-to-day delivery.

Across a few teams I’ve been close to the biggest shift hasn’t been AI writing code. It’s been:

• faster QA cycles, especially regression
• less back-and-forth before releases
• fewer last-mile delays before going live

In some cases, release confidence improved enough that teams simply stopped over-checking everything.

Net effect: velocity goes up without adding people.

Still trying to understand how consistent this is across different teams.

If you’re working with Adobe Commerce today:
Where have you seen real impact from AI so far? And where is it still mostly noise?

Hey @HenryAhadzhan - I just saw this topic and that is doesn’t have any replies yet, so I’m going to move this to the Let’s Talk AI group so see if we can get some more eyes on this!
