How is AI helping you stay organized?

Like many of you, I've been using AI tools to help with things like drafting communications, summarizing meeting notes and transcripts, and getting a jump start on research. I recently got access to Claude and have been exploring where it fits into my workflow.

A few colleagues have connected Claude to platforms like Teams and Slack to help pull together notes, action items, and feedback from across different meetings and conversations. It got me thinking about how everyone is using AI to manage the constant flow of information.

We have all had those days where we're double- or triple-booked and can't be everywhere at once, but still want to stay on top of important projects, decisions, and milestones.

How are you using AI to stay organized? What tools, integrations, or workflows have you found most useful?

My number one is that I do presentation outlines in Claude, and then have it put those on a template. I typically have to organize data for these across M365 and Slack, so those are connected via MCP. I will work through all the basics, and then voice chat to talk through the content on each slide. Also, it’s embarrassing how much data I forget that I have access to, and so often times I will use claude for “search first” before I bug my team.

Really appreciate you sharing this. It is always interesting to see the different ways people are incorporating AI into their day-to-day work.

AI is a great thought partner. I use AI tools to organize my thoughts and conversations, so I can focus more on the Human touch and connection while engaging in meetings.
