How can I make ecommerce product images look more professional in Photoshop?

I run an ecommerce store selling leather wallets, bags, phone cases, and other accessories. I am working on improving the product images so they look more professional and consistent across the website.

I currently using AI tools for background removal, color correction, resizing, and creating product images. What Photoshop workflow would you recommend for maintaining consistent lighting, colors, shadows, and image quality across a large ecommerce product catalog?

I would also like to keep the images optimized for website speed without losing too much quality. Any recommended settings or workflow would be appreciated.
