Claude to Adobe Connector : Your organization does not allow access to third party applications.

Hello Adobe specialists,

Currently, trying to connect my (our) NGOs Claude team account to my (our) Adobe for Enterprise subscription, reveals the following Adobe error: "Your organization does not allow access to third party applications."
 

In actuality, my colleague, the liscense manager is not aware of any deliberate access restrictions set by our organisation. 

What could be the problem? How can we resolve it?
