Worklist proof approvals need to show on the correct date per stage, not just the final stage's date

For multi-stage proof approvals we are seeing an issue in the work list where the assignee's proof approvals are not showing on the correct date for the stage that they were assigned. This issue is causing staff to not respond at the appropriate times for the project proof reviews.
