Using the proof function with a third party software?

We use Brainshark for presentations. We need people on our team to proof them. Whenever we use a link generated by Brainshark to create a proof, it does not work. Downloading a video to upload into Workfront is not a function Brainshark provides.

Has anyone found a workaround for Brainsharks or third party software in general where you have to use links? Has anyone ever encountered anything like this? Any help would be much appreciated!
