Toggle project status in the resource grid

Hi guys,

When creating a user report and using a resource grid - it only shows projects that are in a current status. To do true capacity planning - I'd like to include all projects. Some have resources allocated, the plans just aren't published yet. If you have a named resource allocated to a task - and planned hours, I'd like the option to show this on my resource grid vie please.

A toggle of all statuses would be a nice feature.
