Renaming Custom Fields Shouldn't Affect Reporting

When a choice on a custom field is edited any report tied to that field option no longer links since the value has altered. If the option was not deleted and only renamed/updated then all reporting functionality should rename.

For example we had a status field and option was originally named "Complete - Pending Close Out"; we decided that name was way too long and changed it to "Complete*" I then had to locate every report that filtered on that specific field option and edit it to now include the new name.
