Quick, on-demand reporting

This would be the ability to choose some predefined filtering options to create quick reports. Thinking of people who don't have Planner licenses but want to see specific reports. Would also be good for self-serve with external vendors.

It would be a sort of mask where the user says I want:

• All projects with "x" in the title
• From date range x to y
• Status = current

I don't know about anyone else, but we have a number of people in our system who either don't have enough training to understand reports (and perhaps don't have the time) or they don't have the proper access level.
