Numbered Lists

In Custom Forms, the ability to have a field that propagates a numbered list.

For example, the field might display "1." and a text field next to it. If the user fills it out, an empty "2." would show up an so forth.

In my ideal world, this feature would have a couple parameters:

• Max number of list items: for questions like "provide no more than 3 communication priorities"
• Minimum number of list items: for questions like "provide 5‚Äì7 search terms"; so maybe this pops-up 5 numbered items automatically and then will add 6 and 7 as necessary. Also simply to force at least one item as mandatory.
