New Resource Planner: Filters can be deleted by anyone

So far, anyone can delete filters in the new Resource Planner section, even though the filter has not been created by that user. I don't think this is ideal.

Ideal solution would be to have some default filters and possibility to create personal filters (which can be shared), like on other pages.

    Yeah, I think filters should work the way they do everywhere else in the tool. I don't like it acts different. :(

    I agree. Also Filters I have created for my own use can be viewed by all...
