MS Outlook Plug-In - Improved Calendar Integration

At the moment the calendar is populated by task duration.

We would like to move to an itemized view so users can see a task in the calendar based on planned completion date with an automatic 2 day reminder.

This would make it much easier for users to review the calendar.
