Meeting Notes

We have created a dashboard for a portfolio view that lists reports of Current Updates, Current Tasks due, Upcoming Tasks and Accomplishments. I would like to add a report that is simply a Evernote type text box for recording meeting notes that would be saved
along with the portfolio.
