Lock/Unlock Proof Visibility/Ability from Workfront Application (without opening Proofs)

1. to be able to see if proofs are locked or unlocked directly from the documents screen rather than opening each proof.

2. to mass lock/unlock multiple proofs at once without entering proof (taken from my other idea, I think these are related enough to combine)

3. printing multiple proofs at once without entering proof (could select print options directly from Workfront application such as full page/thumbnails,etc.)

Our Project Managers are spending a lot of time going in and out of hundreds of proofs to unlock/lock since this cannot be done all at once. Our designers are going in proof by proof and printing each one at a time and that is time-consuming. We are very version-heavy (meaning we might have a 24-page tab that has 7 or 8 different versions of 1 page, 6 of another, etc. so we keep each page in different proofs to help minimize how much each time has to sort through) so we are going in and out of proofs a lot spending a lot of time doing redundant activities.
