Is there a way to report on work added directly to a team's Kanban board (instead of added from a request queue, project, etc.)?

Adding work directly to the Kanban board was a new functionality with the 21.4 release. We are looking to report on work added to the board in this way to better track "ad hoc" or unplanned work.
