Generating Interactive Proofs of Custom Forms

I would love the ability to generate interactive WorkfrontPROOFs of custom forms. There are several complex forms I've created and would love to be able to have reviewers test the content as well as the Logic in the form to make sure everything is setup properly. It would also be great to have all of the reviewers comments about the form in a central place.
