Enforce Approval Process

When an Approval Process is attached to a project or a template, Workfront should prevent the ability to make any Project Status changes apart from the Approval process. Currently, someone can modify Project Status bypassing the Approval process and requiring Governance to be administered after-the-fact via reporting.
