Display Task SPI as you Hover Over a Task

In the scheduling view, would want to be able to hover over an individual task/issue bar to see the SPI. SPI is a metric used by PMs to show: for a task or project, the ratio of current percent complete to the planned percent complete on this date. Above 1.0 is ahead of schedule.
