Copying a proof should copy any proof comments

When converting an issue to a project, if a document was added to the issue and proof comments were made, those comments do not carry over to the project. The only workaround for this is to manually move the document from one object to another.

Ideally there would be a setting at the template level where you can choose to copy or move documents by default when a resolving object is created.
