Convert To Project Window - Template Organization

Is there any way to organize (or hide) templates for myself, being an admin, when I'm converting requests to projects? Right now I have many templates but only a few apply to myself, so I'd like to be able to hide the others. Unfortunately because I'm an admin I see every single template.

I know that you can filter them when in the Projects>Templates section. I'd like to be able to filter them when using the Convert To Project dropdown menu within an issue. And since I'm an admin, even if I'm not shared to the template, I can still see them. See attached screenshot.

Maybe a simple folder system?

I agree. I also just submitted an idea to expand the selection screen. 5 by default seems small, given the amount of space on the screen.

I would LOVE to be able to pin my most used templates to the top. Or have WF show the most recent 5 I used and then list the rest alphabetically.

I agree, this would be really great. Even something as simple as a text box at the top that would filter down based on what you input would be amazing.
