Allow us to Inactivate a Program, just like we can make a Portfolio Inactive

We use Programs for our large initiatives, so that we can have the Program Manager handle the projects, along with the top level reporting. But, when the program is no longer needed, I can't inactive it. I have to delete the program, which is really not the right thing to do since I am changing history. If I don't delete it though, the program list will just keep growing & growing.

    We do the same, and our program's list is growing massivly.

    I plan to set up a custom field to mark programs as Complete and then apply a filter to be able to hide them as we can not delete our programs as the information at that level is needed YOY. Ideally programs would have Status' like projects so they can be marked as Complete which auto sees this as inactive and have a default Active Programs and All programs list option the same a projects do
