Allow custom forms to have 4 decimal point.

In our billing custom forms, within the Classic view, we are allowed four decimal places. However within the New Experience we are only allowed two decimal places. The different between the four decimal and two decimal can effect our exact billing price that is needed for our customers.

Can the New Experience allow forms to have a four place decimal?
