Dreamweaver Customizable Shopping Cart Compatible Recommendation

I am searching for a recommendation for a shopping cart that I can integrate with Adobe Dreamweaver that is customizable, as I want to sell products exclusively in California; which sell other products throughout the United States.  Can anyone recommend an option that I can do myself, as I do not do code, but I do create websites with Dreamweaver.
