1 Week Later: Share Your Highlights

It’s officially been a week since Adobe Summit, and I don’t know about you, but my head is still spinning! I learned so much and connected with so many incredible people, and it’s been great thinking over the awesome ideas shared by pretty much everyone I talked to.

After a huge event like Adobe Summit, I generally need some time to decompress before I’m ready to talk about my experience there, but now I’d love if you could join me in sharing some of the highlights of your Summit adventure. I will, of course, share mine in the comments👇 but you will earn imaginary bonus points if you beat me there 😉

Really resonates. It took me a few days to process everything from Adobe Summit, but this year clearly felt like a shift from vision to enterprise execution.

From a solution architect's lens at IBM, a few themes stood out strongly:

  • We are entering the era of the “Agentic Enterprise”—with AI not just generating content, but orchestrating workflows end-to-end across systems
  • The content supply chain is becoming the battleground—connecting planning → creation → activation → insights with AI embedded throughout
  • Innovations like Firefly AI Assistant are collapsing multiple tools into a single conversational interface, fundamentally changing how creative work gets done
  • And perhaps most importantly—enterprises are moving from pilots to scaling AI with governance, brand intelligence, and measurable ROI

I had some really insightful conversations around what it takes to make this vision real—especially bridging gaps across AEM, Workfront, GenAI, and downstream activation ecosystems.

Still unpacking a lot, but one thing is clear:
The challenge is no longer “what AI can do" but “how to operationalize it across the enterprise.”

I look forward to your highlights—let’s see if you beat me to the comments. 😉

Exactly this. All of it. I truly enjoy the energy and excitement around agentic AI becoming the orchestration tool and efficiency driver, but I am left wondering how do we prioritize the many things that would need to be implemented to make this work. Once we get started, I am sure there is no slowing down, just ramping up… but right now I am left with the question - where do we start?

Your point about agentic AI becoming the orchestration layer really resonated. I’ve been seeing the same excitement—but also the same hesitation you hinted at: Where do we actually start without boiling the ocean?

In a few enterprise conversations I’ve been part of recently, the challenge isn’t capability—it’s sequencing:

  • What gets instrumented first (data, workflows, decision layers)?
  • Where can we introduce agents without breaking governance?
  • And how do we avoid creating another layer of chaos instead of orchestration?

I’m curious how you’re thinking about prioritization in real implementations—not just the vision layer. I would love to exchange notes if you’re open to it.

Ok, looks like both @shubhojit and @MonicaDi4 beat me here (what can I say, I’m still catching up after the Summit madness!) So y’all get 1 million imaginary bonus points each! 😂

But oh boy do I have some stuff to share! Most of what I got to see was the view from the Experience League booth, so please forgive me if these highlights are a little personal. For me, the absolute highlight of the show was getting the opportunity to meet so many of you face to face and hear your thoughts on Adobe, the Experience League, the Community, AI, Marketing, coloring in the lines, Lego, and Timbaland 💫

I could go off all day about how awesome y’all are, but since a picture’s worth a thousand words, I’ll share some of the photos I managed to snap when I remembered I had a phone (and could juggle it with my arm in a sling!)

My first event was also the first AMA of the conference: @Jennifer_Dungan and @Meghan_Powers  presenting Navigating the Rapids: Ensuring your Marketing Channel Rules Flow Properly 🤩

I could share AMA photos all day, but I’m going to give our other presenters a chance to share their photos if (when? 🥺) they share recap threads about their presentations in the community 😉

Ok one more: I was lucky to get to speak with absolute bosses @DanielaCa4 , @JennaFeldman . and @Jennifer_Dungan - My first time speaking at a conference ever, and what a place to do it! 💅✨

Another first for me: seeing the copy I wrote about the community I manage on these super cute postcards!

Who else took the “What’s your worksonality?” quiz? I was lured by the promise of bubbles, and it turns out that I am a Deep Diver 🤿 If anyone else took the quiz, share your results - pics optional but very much encouraged!

This result actually aligns with my Clifton Strengths, so that’s pretty insightful for a super quick quiz!

Ok, I know I said no more AMAs, but I grabbed a quick video of the captivated audience listening to @AJ-Navarro , @alysha_khan23 , and @ShivaniBh2 at their AMA session From Pilot to Practice: How Marketing Ops Teams Actually Adopt AI

I couldn’t embed the video, but you can click it to view at https://video.tv.adobe.com/v/3486224/ - I promise it’s short! 😉

OH and one more thing just for funsies - did anyone get a tattoo at the AdPipe booth? Well I did! ⚡️ (thanks for the tip in this group, @Ashleyadamczyk!)

And just in case you don’t believe it’s real...here it is today in the overcast Austin weather 😂
