What is the best way to trigger a transition between engagement streams?

I've built out engagement streams of varying frequencies, and want to move members from one stream to another after a set amount of casts. For example, after four mailings in stream one, I want them to be put into stream two. There are a couple ways to accomplish this but I am wondering if there are any best practices surrounding the issue.

Hi Alex,

If the leads become exhausted b/c there is no more content in the stream, you could set up a campaign using the member of engagement program filter with constraint of exhausted and have them moved to the next stream daily, etc.
