User Unable to access marketo from salesforce

Hi Guys,

User in salesforce was granted access to marketo, for some reason user unable to access marketo from salesforce

another user with same permissions is able to login to salesforce, am i missing anything here?

Please move the thread to Products and someone will answer it there. "Community" is for website feedback, not product support -- and yes, this can be confusing!

Arun, are you referring to Marketo sales insight and being able to view activity log? Or marketo in general and be able to create campaigns or run reports.
