Unable to view trigger campaigns that get automatically deactivated

I'm wondering if this is a widespread issue - or something that's just not working in our instance. We had this issue last quarter.  When the trigger cleanup completed, we were unable to view the affected campaigns.  It's important that we're able to review these each time, since we always find many that shouldn't have been deactivated; and we need to reactivate them. We have a very complex environment (23 workspaces), so we rely on this report.   We were specifically told the following by support/engineering back in July:

“The data fix has been executed, but we are unable to pull in the old data. The situation is different than we thought, being that the history about the campaigns are lost. So we can not fix the past data.

This is caused by a regression when we developed another project. While the root cause is already fixed and patched to production, and the next notification will work fine, we will not be able to provide the past data.”

Then today, we receive the notification that 632 campaigns have been deactivated:

When going into the Notifications area of our instance and clicking on the link to view the deactivated campaigns, we see this once again:

Is this affecting any of you?

Hi Dan,

This is definitely something to watch. I hadn't heard of this myself, so I wonder if it has been going on without anyone noticing. We run a quarterly cleanup based on campaign inspector where we do this ourselves.

Did you definitely notice in campaign inspector that more campaigns are now shut off? That might be the only way to figure out what has happened.

I suppose Support will be the only ones to dig into this, which is disappointing given their earlier response.

Hi Josh - Oddly, there are only a total of 450 inactive trigger campaigns in the campaign inspector.  I wonder if there's a max number that can be displayed here.  Not only does last nights deactivation exceed this (632), this number is significantly more than normal (typically, it's a couple hundred).

Even if you take off the filters in Inspector or download the entire list (more clear)?

I also thought Inspector was by Workspace.

Sorry, you'll have to ask Support if that isn't clearer.

Same issue here. Submitted the ticket to support a few minutes ago. I'll link here from my ticket and share any feedback I get.

I also found that the email sent last week has a link to the list, but that link is in JavaScript so it obviously doesn't work in email. (Oh, the irony.)

Same issue for our instance, this is the second time it has happened that I know of.

Hello Everyone,

Engineering is looking into this.
In the mean time navigate to:
The Marketo Logo at the top left -> Marketing Activities -> [pick your workspace] -> Campaign inspector -> Filters: -> Select "More campaigns" -> Select "Inactive Triggered Campaigns"

The last modified is sortable by date. You may also export it to an excel file and apply filters to it.

Thank you.,

oz
