TwentyThree (Video Tool)

Hi Marketing Nation.  One of our groups is looking to evaluate video marketing platforms and mentioned a tool called TwentyThree.  On the surface, it appears to be very cost effective and has a decent integration with Marketo.  Who has used it and can provide feedback?  How does it compare to Vidyard and Brightcove, functionality-wise and performance-wise?
