Track and put someone on a smart list when click a pdf link in Marketo

Hello, I have a ton of pdfs (brochure, datasheets etc) uploaded into marketo that I would like to be able to know when someone clicks the marketo pdf link. i.e. when someone clicks the link to download it (link example: pages.hawkridgesys.com/rs/499-VQL-975/images/solidworks-cad-datasheet.pdf ) I would like to put them onto a smart list and then nurture them. Is there an easy way to do that?
