SFDC Email Template with Marketo Tracking

We have a third-party Salesforce plugin which generates a PDF and attaches it to a SFDC Email Template, allowing the sales rep to email that PDF to the selected Lead/Contact.

Is there a way to add Marketo tracking into that SFDC-native Email Template?

Note, I am not talking about a Marketo Email made accessible through Sales Insight, but rather a native SFDC Email made in the SFDC Email Template functionality.

Interesting question Ed. Does it already have tracking from SFDC or the plugin?

It might be possible. Probably with developer help using the API. Email success@perkuto.com and we'll review the use case to see what we can do for you.
