Limit the number of leads entering a trigger campaign

I want to limit the number of leads entering a smart campaign. I want only 100 people to be processed and anyone qualifying from 101 onwards to not enter the flow. Any ideas on how I can do this?

You cannot do this...

Are you attempting to restrict registration in an Event? There are some threads on this, and a very complicated automated way to do so. It is best to just watch the count and turn it off at 100 or move it to Wait Listed.

There's an idea, so vote it up.

Yes to what Josh said. Something I've done before is edit the landing page and in draft form it would have a grayed out box over the form saying this is full, etc. Then you just have to approve right when that count hits your limit.
