Is there a way to use the recipient time zone feature and also a/b test time sent?

Ideally I’d like half of my recipients to receive an email at 10 am local time and the remaining 50% to receive it at 9pm local time. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Prob best to control that with a regular AB test.

Because the Timezone features gives control to Marketo to determine the Lead's Timezone, I doubt that  it has the level of functionality you want.
