Is Mobile Device Token

Hi all,

I have an alert email set up for when one of my sales reps sends an email out via sales insight and a customer opens the email. I wanted to include in that alert email whether or not the email was opened on a mobile device. I know we can track that because it is visable in the activity log. Can that information be a token?

Hi Amanda,

It's a constraint option available while setting up a smart list.

Hi Alok,
Thanks for the response but this is for a Sales Insight email. I would have to use the Opened Sales Email. Is Mobile Device is not a constraint option. Thats where I am stuck...
