invalid FilterType for named account and record already exists for update

Hello,

For Named Account List, filtering by either name or marketoGUID returns "Invalid filter type".  For example, the following rest call url gives the response in the pictures below.

https://442-cfp-713.mktorest.com/rest/v1/namedAccountLists.json?filterType=name&filterValues=Saas%20List

For Sync Named Account Lists, createOrUpdate is giving me:

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
