INACTIVE_OWNER_OR_USER Error -- help!

Hello.
I am getting this error when creating new leads and using "auto assign." Our assignment rules all go to queues, rather than an individual, and they are all active from what I can tell.

This is preventing quite a few leads from being synced to SFDC. I am not 100% clear how to work around this, so any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Your Marketo User may not be able to see the Queue or the User. Check SFDC to see that your Queues exist and the Users exist and are active. Your auto assignment rules may also be incorrect, so update those.
